I came to the law after careers in retail, training and banking. I spent 15 months at Foot Anstey and then joined Nash & Co as a Trainee Solicitor and qualified on 1 March 2010.  I was made an Associate Solicitor on 1 May 2012 and a Partner on 1 February 2014.
My particular interest and experience is in dealing with matters concerning elderly clients especially in relation to funding of care home fees, in particular NHS Continuing Healthcare funding.  I also deal with other aspects relating to elderly clients, including issues of mental capacity, issues around Local Authority funding, Deprivation of Liberty and applications to the Court of Protection.
